Devoted daughter of the late Lindo and Evelyn (Vezzani) Tassinari. Loving mother of Carol Fletcher and her husband Richard of Braintree and Nannette Canniff and her husband Frederick of Randolph. Cherished grandmother of 14 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. Sister of the late Bruna Tassinari and Cousin of William D. Murphy and his wife Ellen of Braintree.
Retired Boston Public school teacher, member of the retired Boston Teacher’s Union, Trustee for the University of Massachusetts, Boston, Past President for the League of Catholic Women and long time member of the Holy Name Women’s Sodality.
Visiting hours in the Robert J. Lawler and Crosby Funeral Home, 1803 Centre St., West Roxbury, on Tuesday, March 3, from 3:00 to 7:00pm. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the Chapel at Carmel Terrace / St. Patrick’s Manor 933 Central St., Framingham, on Wednesday, March 4, at 10am. Visitation Wednesday morning beginning at 9:00am. Interment private.
