Ernest M. Gray, 89, of Duxbury, formerly of Dover, passed suddenly on February 25th. Beloved husband of Eleanor (Blackwell) for 68 years. Proud father of Nancy Brown of Duxbury & Carol Sullivan of Marshfield, Papa to Evan, Ross, Benjamin, Kate & Rich DeLanders. Ernie saw service as a Ball Turret Gunner on a B-24 during WW II. Visiting hours will be on Wednesday, March 4th, from 4-8:00 PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main St (Rt 106), Kingston. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Wounded Warrior Project, 4899 Belfort Rd, Suite 300, Jacksonville, FL 32256. Interment will be at a later date.
