Higgins, Charles “Chucky”, 54, passed away Sunday, February 22, 2015 at his residence.
He was born to Bernard and Edith (O’Daniel) Higgins. Charles is preceded in death by his parents, and his sister, Bonita Legg (Bill).
Chucky is survived by two sisters, Cindy Sakai (Larry), and Angie White (Pat); five brothers, Billy (Mary Lou), Bernie (Debbie), Larry (Lisa), Carl (Jo Ann), and Darryll “Robbie” Higgins; 14 nieces and nephews; 30 great nieces and nephews; his best friend, Terry Harper; along with many Aunts, Uncles, and Friends.
Funeral Services will be Friday, February 27, 2015 at 11:00 AM, at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy.
Visitation will be Wednesday, and Thursday from 12:00 – 8:00 PM at the Funeral Home.
Burial will be at Bethany Cemetery.
