Paul G. Smith 53, of Second Ave. died February 17, 2015 at Landmark Medical Center. He was born in Woonsocket, a son of Rita (Doherty) Smith of MO and the late Francis Smith. Paul worked as a counter technician for most of his life, most recently for North End Auto Salvage and Privilege Auto Salvage.
Besides his mother, he is survived by his companion of twenty four years Ann Mcgowan of Woonsocket, a son Cody Smith of FL, a daughter Holly Smith of TX, a brother Roland Smith of North Smithfield, a sister Roseanna Wood of MO and a grandson.
Visiting hours will be held Monday 5-7 PM at the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St. Woonsocket. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers donations to Comprehensive Cancer Center at RI Hospital, PO Box H Providence, RI 02903 in his memory would be appreciated.
