Patricia M. (O‘Leary) Juliano of Marshfield, formerly of Brockton, passed away peacefully on February 16 at the age of 78. She was the wife of Louis V. Juliano. Patricia was born and raised in Brockton, daughter of the late Edmund J. and Florence I. (Holmes) O’Leary. She attended Brockton Public Schools and was a graduate of Brockton High School. For many years she worked as a teacher’s aide at several schools in Brockton, a job she thoroughly enjoyed. She loved reading mystery novels, cheering for the Boston Red Sox, stopping at yard sales, spending time with good friends, and joining the activities at the Marshfield Senior Center. But most all she loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Patricia was the mother of Michael Marelli and his wife Susan of Ledyard, CT; Patrice Conroy and her husband Michael of Brockton; Rosemary Hatzinikolau and her husband Michael of West Bridgewater; John Marelli and his wife Wendy of Taunton and the late Vincent L Juliano and Denise Maynard. She is also survived by her granddaughter Tina Maynard of Fall River; 14 grandchildren; 6 great grandsons; a brother Edmund O’Leary and his wife Kathleen of Ocala, FL and a step-daughter Sandra Costa and her husband Michael of Bridgewater.
Visiting Hours will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton, Sunday 12-2pm, followed by a funeral service at 2pm. Burial will be at a later date in Melrose Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Patricia’s name to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, C/O Christ the King Parish, 54 Lyman Street, Brockton, MA 02302.
