Fairhaven – Lydia (Dias) Oliveira, age 93, passed away on February 16, 2015 at Hathaway Manor Nursing Home. She was the widow of Henry William Oliveira and the daughter of the late Maria C. (Fraga) and Antonio S. Dias.
Born in New bedford, Ma, She worked in Shipping and receiving at Madewell Manufacturing for many years until her retirement.
Lydia is survived by her friend Manuel C. Amaral.
Her funeral will be Friday with a service beginning at 9:00 A.M. at Perry Funeral Home. Burial will follow in St John Cemetery . Arrangements placed in the care of Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St. in New Bedford.
