Carmen M. Segarra of Taunton formerly of New York City passed away peacefully on February 17, 2015 at Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston.
Carmen was a loved mother, grandmother and a dear friend to many. She battled cancer for several years and will always be remembered for being a spirited and inspirational fighter.
A private family gathering will be held. Cremation will take place at Woodlawn-North Purchase Crematory in Attleboro. Taunton Funeral Home is honored to assist Carmen's family as they celebrate her life.
