Mark E. Hawes Jr., age78, of Weymouth, passed away on Monday, February 16, 2015.
Mark was the loving husband of Jean (Atkinson) Hawes and the beloved father of Debora A. O’Brien of Westfield and Diane J. Dalton of Yukon, Oklahoma. He also leaves his grandchildren Tabitha and Abigail Dalton, a great grandson, Louis Dalton all of Oklahoma, his brothers, John Hawes of Melrose and Michael Hawes of Billerica and his sister, Patricia Hawes of Medford and several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents Mark E. Hawes Sr. and Madeline (Brennan) Hawes.
Mark was born in Boston, grew up in Roxbury and Jamaica Plain and lived in North Quincy for 20 years before moving to South Weymouth 22 years ago.
He was a long time stock clerk for Gillette Company.
