James F. Garrity, of Cohasset, formerly of Canton, died February 9, 2015. He was a retired corporate executive and proud W.W.II veteran serving in the United States Army. He was a member of the VFW and the American Legion.
Beloved husband of the late Helen M. Garrity (Kisiel). Loving father of James Garrity and his wife Lana of Norwood, Carol Hickey and her husband Larry of Cohasset. Loving father-in- law of Mary Ann Garrity of Walpole. Loving grandfather of Maura Cosentino and her husband Jamie of Cohasset, Jim Garrity and his wife Janice of Walpole, and Brian Garrity and his wife Stacy of Norwood. Proud great grandfather of Alexander, Annabelle, Julia, Aidan, Jake, Dylan, Luke, and Patrick.
Visiting hours will be Monday February 16, 2015 in the Roache-Pushard Funeral Home 210 Sherman Street, Canton from 4-8 PM Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St. Gerard Majella Church 1860 Washington Street, Canton, Tuesday at 10 AM. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery West Roxbury.
