Patricia (Lanen) Donovan, 79, a resident of North Andover, MA, passed away on Tuesday, February 3, 3015 at the Meadow View Nursing Center in North Reading, MA.
Born in Lawrence, Patricia was a graduate of St. Mary's High School. She had worked in the Accounting profession for various businesses in the Merrimack Valley. Patricia enjoyed gardening and traveling as well as summering at Seabrook Beach. She was an attendant of St. Michael's Church in North Andover.
The daughter of the late John and Margaret (Young) Lanen and the widow of William D. Donovan, family members include her son Kevin Donovan and his wife Emily of Andover, MA, her daughter Maureen King and her husband Lawrence of Marblehead, MA, a sister Sr. Margaret Lanen, S.N.D. of South Boston, MA, 4 grandchildren: Ceara and Dana Donovan and Michael and Conor King as well as many nieces and nephews. Patricia was also the sister of the late John Lanen. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. in St. Michael's Church, 196 Main St., North Andover, MA. Burial will follow in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Lawrence, MA.
