Mrs. Dorothy Louise “Dot” (Kline) Phillips, a resident of Medford since 1968, formerly of Cambridge and beloved wife of the late John E. Phillips, died at the Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Medford on February 2, 2015. She was 75 year old.
Born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, on November 2, 1939, she was the beloved daughter of the late Mary (Casey) Kline. In her spare time, Dot enjoyed visiting Foxwoods. She also enjoyed ceramics in her younger years, fishing with her husband, playing scrabble and dancing. She will be dearly missed.
Dot is survived by her loving children; Deborah J. Phillips of Melrose, Robbyn M. and her husband Nick Toubekis of Westwood and James Keith Phillips of Medford, siblings; Mary Raposa of Tewksbury and Charles Kline of Chelsea, grandchildren; Michael J. Phillips and Costa Toubekis, many nieces and nephews and her dog Nikki Beagle.
Her funeral service will be celebrated in the Beals-Geake-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 29 Governors Avenue, Medford on Saturday, February 7, 2015, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are most welcome to attend. Visiting hour will be held on Friday, February 6, 2015, from 4 to 8 PM. Interment will be held in Oak Grove Cemetery in Medford.
