Passed away on February 1, 2015. Preceded in death by wife Donna; parents; brothers & sisters. Survived by step-children Lori Rosengren-Lopez (Ricardo), Scot & Stephen; grandson Kyle Rosengren (Sam); furry pal Hose-A and extended family & friends. Leo served in the Navy during WWII and retired from NSP. He was a past Commander of the Gallagher-Hansen VFW Post #295. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday (February 5) at 11:00 am at CHURCH OF ST. PETER, 2600 Margaret St., North St. Paul. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation Wednesday from 5:00- 8:00 pm, with VFW Ritual at 6:00 pm at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Avenue, North St. Paul and one hour before the Mass at church on Thursday. Leo will be deeply missed by many.
