On January 27, 2015 Cindy A. Meeks, 64, she has been a part of Emerge, Inc. for 33 years and worked for The ARC of Baltimore for many years as an assembler. She was the beloved wife of the late John H. Meeks and survived by her loving Care Givers, Lauretta Hernandez and Dominique Scott.
