Klotz, Juanita Lee (Krogulski), 89, passed away Thursday, January 29, 2015, in Louisville, KY. A native of Louisville, born to Emmett and Edith (Lehman) Krogulski.
Juanita is a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, and was the Food Service Manager for Cane Run Elementary; also, an avid member of Shively Women’s Club, along with Caritas Medical Auxiliary.
She is preceded in death by; her parents; brother, Robert; husband, Harry and a son, Harry Jr.
Juanita is survived by a daughter, Bonnie Tanner (Forrest); two grandchildren; Steven (Dawn), and Kevin; three great-grandchildren, Kevin Jr., Allison, and Johnathon.
Funeral service will be Monday, February 2, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy, with visitation Sunday 1:00–6:00 PM.
Entombment will be at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
