Dartmouth – Andrew G. Brown, age 94 of New Bedford, passed away on Wednesday January 28, 2015 at Brandon Woods of Dartmouth. He was the widower of Mary (Cidade) Brown and the son of Eva (Perry) and Andrew G. Brown.
Mr. Brown was a lifelong resident of this area and worked as a Laborer at Atlas Tack until his retirement.
His family includes his 3 children: Steven A. Brown and Joseph A. Brown, both of New Bedford, and the late Diane M. McGinn; siblings: James Brown of New Jersey, and the late Frances and Mildred Brown; as well as 9 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
His funeral will be Tuesday beginning in the funeral home at 10:00 A.M. with a Religious Service at 11:00 A.M. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery. Arrangements placed in the care of Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St. in New Bedford, Ma.
