HELEN CELESTE (HAYWOOD) SIEMENS, 88, passed away on January 26, 2015.
She was a retired registered nurse for Lorillard Tobacco Company, and a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Louisville, and Incarnation Catholic Church in Dayton, Ohio.
Helen is preceded in death by her husband, James Siemens and her son, Donald Siemens; her brother, John Haywood and sisters, Sister Lucille Haywood and Clara Eigel.
Survivors include her children, James Siemens, Jr, Paul Siemens, Nancy Toomey (Jim) and Diane Siemens; grandchildren, Jason (Brandy), Ryan (Emily), Justin (Jenna), Kyle (Kelly) and Lauren (Danial); six great grandchildren; brother, Charles Haywood; sister, Agnita Heer and daughter-in-law, Rosemarie Siemens.
Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway.
Visitation will be from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Thursday.
