Paul Berton Salemi, age 52 of Sharon Massachusetts and Boca Raton Florida, formerly of Canton passed away January 26th after a short illness. He was raised in Canton and graduated from Canton High School. He enjoyed holding the mile record on the track team for many years. Owned and operated Fashion Carpets of Norwood MA for 22 years. His main interest was sports and he was a huge fan of the Patriots. Beloved husband of Melissa Jean (Howard). Son of Paul and Barbara Salemi of Sharon. Brother of Lisa Dymond of Middleboro, Melanie Hatfield of Lewiston, ME, and Vicki Rizzo of Tewksbury. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. . He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends for his generous and loving spirit. Visiting hours at Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St., Canton on Friday 4-7 pm. Funeral Blessing will be held at St. Gerard Majella Church Canton Saturday morning at 10. Burial Blue Hills Cemetery Braintree.
