New Bedford – Priscilla Elaine Viveiros, age 83 of New Bedford, passed away on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at New Bedford Health Care Center. She was the wife of the late John Viveiros and the daughter of the late Agnes (Cardoza) and Joseph Soares.
A lifelong resident of this area, Mrs. Viveiros worked as a packer for Universal Hats until her retirement.
Her family includes her 2 children: Mark Viveiros and his wife, Donna E., and Michael Viveiros all of New Bedford; 4 grandchildren: Ryan Viveiros, Michelle Viverios, Mark Viveiros and Nicholas Spiliotis; her sister Lorraine Rodrigues wife of Edwin of South Dartmouth as well as 7 great-grandchildren, and 2 nieces.
Priscilla will be cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements placed in the care of Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St. in New Bedford, Ma.
