Vincent S. “Buff” Squillacioti, Jr., 61 of Medford, died Sunday unexpectedly in the Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston.

Vincent lived in Medford for the past 25 years and was the son of the late Eleanor (Spinazala) and Vincent S. Squillacioti Sr. Vincent was a Property Manager with Lincoln Properties in Burlington for over 10 years. Buff was a member of the Malden Elks Lodge #965.

Devoted father of Michael Squillacioti and his wife Emily, Christopher Squillacioti and Nicholas Squillacioti all of Medford. Brother of the late Diane Derby. Uncle of Kerry and Matthew Derby.

Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Friday at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High St., Medford, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Thursday 4-8. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
