FALL RIVER… Felix L. Martinez, 40, of Fall River passed away January 12, 2015 at St. Anne’s Hospital.
He was the husband of Maria Velazquez of Fall River.
Mr. Martinez was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, a son of Luz Ginorio of Fall River and the late Charles Martinez. He had lived in Fall River for the past 3 years.
Felix was a member of Iglesia Uniendo La Familia En Cristo in Fall River and worked as a landscaper for a local landscaping company. He enjoyed fishing and working on cars.
Along with his wife and mother, survivors include, 2 daughters: Soleimarie Martinez of Patterson, NJ, Soleima Martinez of Cleveland, OH, 4 brothers: Charles Martinez of Easton, Jose Martinez of Brockton, Charles Martinez Jr. and Angel Martinez, both of Fall River, several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Alexander Martinez.
Service to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Tuesday from 11 AM to 12:30 PM at SOUTH COAST FUNERAL HOME, 1555 Pleasant Street, Fall River. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.
