Beloved wife of John J. Kane. Devoted mother of John Kane and his wife Nancy of Attleboro, Richard Kane (Chief of Police, Exeter, NH) and his wife Elizabeth of Exeter, NH, Elizabeth Carabia and her husband Robert of Dedham, Michael Kane (Det. BPD) and his wife Denise of Dedham, Ruthanne Smith and her husband Thomas of Attleboro, and Sharon Wood and her husband David of Walpole. Loving grandmother to 13 grandchildren. Sister of the late Donald Mosher, Carl Mosher, and Grace Myles. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation at the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High St., DEDHAM, Thursday, Jan. 22 from 9:30-10:30am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Anne Church, Readville at 11am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Interment private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Ruth’s memory to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
