Gilford----Patricia Gwyn Hamel Feeney 67, of Breton Road, a lifelong resident of the Lakes Region, passed away January 11, 2015 at her home.
She was born June 8, 1947 in Laconia, daughter of the late Gwendolyn (MacLennan) and Lawrence E. Hamel. She attended Laconia High School and worked for J.Jill for many years. Patricia was also a hairdresser and attended Andover Truck & Trailer School and was a truck driver for several years. She was also an active member of the Lakeport United Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family, as well as her beloved dog Prin-rue.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph M. Feeney Jr. of Franklin, a brother Guy L. Hamel II and his wife, Kathleen of Augusta, Maine, a sister, Kathy Hamel of Meredith, two nieces; Beth Osborne of Augusta , Maine and Jennifer Oldenburg of Thornton, three nephews; Jason Dunn of Northfield, Guy Hamel of Florida and Lee Hamel of Maine.
Graveside Services will be held in South Road Cemetery, Belmont on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 11:30am.
