Teresa Campanile, 81, of Methuen passed away Sunday January 4th at Brigham and Woman’s Hospital in Boston. She was born in Lawrence daughter of the late Rita (Fortier) and Joseph Carpentier. Teresa was a graduate of Tenney High School in Methuen and continued her education at Cannon College for nursing. She worked as a private nurse for oncology patients for 15 years. In her free time, Teresa enjoyed spending time with children, cooking, volunteering time at the Methuen Senior Center, especially spending time with her family, and she was a very optimistic person who always tried to find good in people.
Teresa is survived by her husband of 65 years Guy Campanile of Methuen, daughter Diane Orenberg of Tewksbury, sons Robert Campanile of Methuen, David Campanile of Methuen, daughter Sharon Campanile of Methuen, grandchildren Kristy, Keri, Matthew, and great grandchildren Kyle and Finn. She is also predeceased by her sons Frank Campanile and Kenneth Campanile.
