Mr. Wesley J. Gilbert, 63, of Methuen died on December 30th at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington. Born in Brooklyn, NY, Mr Gilbert moved to the Merrimack Valley and lived here most of his life. He was a long time employee of Sekisui Voltek where he was an extrusion operator. Mr. Gilbert enjoyed cooking, sports, and listening to Elvis, but most of all he love to spend time surrounded by his family. Mr. Gilbert was pre-deceased by his daughter Penny Burnham. He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years Doreen (Chenard) Gilbert of Methuen, sons; Wesley Gilbert III and William Gilbert of Methuen, four daughters; Kelly Keroack of Methuen, Kerry Gilbert of Salem, NH, Kasey Gilbert of Haverhill, and Kaelyn Gilbert of Methuen son Wesley Gilbert of N. Andover and brother James Gilbert of N, Andover. There are many grandchildren, nieces and nephews. At the request of the family services will be private.
