Joseph “Joe” Bourassa, 32, of Natick died Sunday December 14, 2014 after a long battle with addiction.
Joe was born in Livermore, CA on July 4, 1982 and was raised in Derry, NH. He was the son of Jeffrey P and Terrie S (Huntsman) Bourassa. He attended Pinkerton Academy in Derry.
Joe was an outdoors person. He loved being with friends on the boat in the open ocean especially when tuna fishing. He was an avid fan of music. He loved the blues and jazz and attending concerts. And when he was not doting on his beautiful daughter Ava Marie, he was working on his garden.
Joe loved to travel. He was able to have traveled to Aruba, Greece and Jamaica in his short years. He is also a huge Boston Red Sox and New England Patriot fan.
Joe is survived by his partner, Angel Portella and their beautiful daughter Ava Marie. Besides his parents, he is survived by his brother Jeffrey P Bourassa III and his wife Dina (Neale) Bourassa of Derry, NH. He also leaves behind his loving nephew and nieces Jacob, Jocelyn and Jaydan Bourassa. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.I
Friends and guests are invited to call on Friday, December 19, 2014 at 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence St. Methuen. A funeral service will be held prior to the calling hours at 3:45 PM at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home.
