Charles H. Luciano, 93 of Magnolia, died Saturday after a brief illness in the Magnolia.

Born in Somerville, he lived in Magnolia for the past 18 years and was formerly of Arlington. He was the son of the late Esther (Vena) and John Luciano. Charles was the Co-Owner of the former Araban Coffee Company in Boston for many years and retired in 1989. He was a graduate of Somerville High in 1940. He served in the U.S. Army as a Staff Sergeant from 1942 to 1946. A former member of the Knights of Columbus and the Medford Elks Lodge 915. Charles enjoyed a full life with family and dear friends.

Beloved husband of the late Josephine (Pollara) Luciano. Loving brother of John A. Luciano and his wife Gloria of Boca Raton, FL, Carolyn Labadini and her late husband John of Magnolia. Cousin of Benjamin Caggiano of Stoneham. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Thursday at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High St., Medford, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Wednesday 4-8. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
