Helen Pilblad (O’Connor) age 57 of Canton passed away December 13th at the Tippett House in Needham after a long & courageous battle with cancer. Born in Boston and raised in Hyde Park, she attended Hyde Park High School. Helen was a Real Estate Agent for Pratt Realtor in Canton and Property Place Realtors. She also worked as a waitress at Rosario’s in Canton Center. Daughter of the late Charles & Shirley O’Connor. Loving mother of Brian Pilblad of NY. Sister of Charles “Kenny” O’Connor of Plympton, Joseph & Lorraine O’Connor of Canton, Carole & Ron Brittan of Hyde Park& the late Arlene O’Connor. Also survived by her cherished granddaughter Lily, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. A funeral mass will be held in St. Gerard Majella Church, Canton Wed morning at 10:00. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Visiting hours in the Dockray & Thomas Funeral 455 Washington St. Canton Tues 4-8 p.m. Interment Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
