Cronin, Donald J. of Canton, formerly of Mission Hill passed away December 9th peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of 51 years of Susan (Callanan). Father of Dawn Marie Keaveney and husband Patrick of Foxboro, Kim Suzanne Hillman and husband Carl of Seattle and Kathi Cronin and husband Gerard Denommee of Seattle. Brother of Patricia E. Grattan and husband Thomas of West Roxbury, Geraldine A. McKenna and husband Ronald of West Roxbury, Paul Cronin and his wife Donna of Everett, Dr. Jon W. Cronin and his wife Lillian of Milton and the late Robert P. Cronin and Arlene M. O’Neil. Brother in law of Diane Cronin of Pembroke. Grandfather of Mathew Cronin Keaveney, Jennifer Suzanne Keaveney, Brynn Adelia Reardon Cronin, Sophie- Briere Cronin Denommee and Phelan “Phin” Cronin Denommee. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Visiting hours at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home 326 Granite Ave Milton Thursday 4-8 pm. Funeral mass at the Basilica of Our Lady of Perpetual Help 1545 Tremont St. Boston Friday morning at 10. Burial private.
