Laurie Ann McCormack (56) died November 26th in Brockton. She was the widow of Glen J. McCormack.
Laurie was born in Brockton loving daughter of Walter W. Murphy of Halifax and the late Patricia A. (Roscoe) Murphy. She was a self employed hairdresser by trade. Laurie also enjoyed teaching children and was a lover of animals. She was very active working with the family non-profit organization "The Today Association". A member of the Community Covenant Church in East Bridgewater.
In addition to her father she is survived by 1 son Ross P. McCormack of Halifax, 2 brothers Mark Murphy of California and James Greaver of Arizona, 3 sisters Mary Murphy of Halifax, Marlene Greaver of Las Vegas, Marilyn Murphy of Utah also the late Linda Cummings, many nieces, nephews, cousins including Patty Murphy of Brockton.
Following Cremation a Memorial Service will be held in the Community Covenant Church, 400 Pleasant Street, East Bridgewater December 7th at 2:30 pm.
