Agnes DeSa, age 83, passed away on November 27, 2014 peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Fall River, she was the loving wife of the late Alberto Moniz DeSa and daughter of the late Joseph and Maria (Silvia) Trinidade. Prior to retirement she worked as a seamstress for many years and was an active volunteer for the Liberal Club Holy Ghost Feast.
Agnes was the loving mother of Daniel DeSa, Albert DeSa, (wife Marion), Joseph DeSa and Lisa Marie DeSa. She also leaves 11 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings Laura Santos, Mary Botelho, Hilda Trembley, John, Joseph and Beatrice Trinidade and Rose Souza.
Her funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. 1521 N. Main St., Fall River MONDAY with calling hours from 8-9:30 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Trinity Church at 10:00 A.M. Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery. www.rogersfuneral.com.
