Salvatore Arnaldo Pugliese of Medford died Saturday, November 22 in the Lawrence Memorial Hospital. Born in Montefalcione, Italy, he was the son of the late Giuseppe and Anna (Luongo) Pugliese. Salvatore settled in Boston's North End before moving to Medford, where he lived for 54 years.

He was the beloved husband of Immacolata "Mary" (Schiavone) Pugliese, and the devoted father of Anna Federico and her husband Fred of Somerville, Josephine Kennedy and her husband Robert of Florida. Salvatore was the loving grandfather of Shana Albers and her husband Paul, Brandon Kennedy, all of Florida, and brother of Pasquale and Asuntina, both of Italy, and the late Peligrino, Stanislao, and Ugo.

Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Wednesday, November 26 at 9AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Clement Church, 71 Warner St., Medford, at 10AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Tuesday from 4 through 8PM. Interment will be private. Late veteran of the Massachusetts Air National Guard.
