FALL RIVER - Geraldine G. (Araujo) Barboza, age 95 of Fall River, passed away on Thursday, November 20, 2014. Born in Fall River, she was the widow of Manuel Barboza and the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Palreiro)Araujo. Prior to retiring, Geraldine worked as a sewing machine operator in the garment manufacturing industry.
She is survived by her sister: Dorothy "Dot" Branco of Fall River and nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Jacqueline Barboza and the sister of the late Joseph & James Araujo.
Her private funeral arrangements are under the direction of the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME, INC.
