Alba M. (Pecci) Carrozza passed away on November 16, 2014. She was 91 years old.
Alba was a longtime resident of Malden and East Boston and worked for the city of Boston for many years.
Alba was the beloved mother of Christina Taurasi and her husband Anthony of Mentor, OH, Georgette Petraglia and her husband Richard of Malden, and David Carrozza and his wife Karen of Beverly. Alba was the sister of Arthur Pecci and his wife Millie of Waltham, Mary Venditelli and her husband Mario of Malden and the late Henry and Frank Pecci and Edith D’Amico. She was the cherished grandmother of Michael and Sarah Taurasi, Mathew Taurasi and his wife Jennifer, Marisa Morello and her husband Scott, Jonelle Gonsalves and her husband Allesandro, Brian Petraglia, Jamie Rose and her husband Daniel, and Juliane Carozza. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
At the request of the family all services were held private.
