Obituary

Worcester – Roland R. Mink Sr., 72, of Worcester, passed away on Wednesday, November 5th in the Worcester Rehabilitation & Nursing Center.

Roland is survived by two sons, Roland R. Mink Jr. of Barre and Jason LeBlanc of Shrewsbury; four daughters, Ann Mink of Worcester, Patty Mink-Prizio of Worcester, Donna Gonzalez of South Barre and Marlena Mink of Texas; a sister, Jeannette Boisvert of Spencer; 19 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren and many nephews and nieces.

Mr. Mink was born in Saco, Maine son of the late Everett and Theresa (Lefebvre) Mink and is also predeceased by his wife, Maryjane Mink; a son, Michael Mink and a abrother, Everett Mink.

Roland served in the United States Army and worked as a carpenter for many years with Everett Mink Contracting Co. He volunteered for the Boy Scouts of America and was also a Scoutmaster for many years. Mr. Mink also enjoyed bowling and enjoyed having a cold Moxie.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 19th at 10 AM in Hope Cemetery. Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond St. is directing arrangements.
