David R. Brown Jr. age 42 of Atkinson, NH, died Thursday at Pleasant Valley Nursing Home, Derry, NH.
David was born in Methuen, MA and was a lifelong resident of Atkinson, NH.
David was an active member of the community and shared himself with several organizations. He was loved by many and had made numerous friends in his life. David loved music and the theater, and was an avid fan of Dr. Who. He loved going to Camp Wilmont in NH in the summer. He was a very independent and self determined young man.
David was predeceased by his father David R. Brown Sr.
He is survived by his Mother: Barbara (Burns) Brown of Atkinson, NH, and many close and supportive friends.
Calling hours will be Monday, Nov. 17th from 4-6 PM at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH. The family is also hosting a gathering Monday, Nov. 17th from 5-8PM at Life Visions in the North Salem Shopping Plaza, 15 Ermer Rd, Unit 101, N. Salem, NH. Funeral services will be private for the family and close friends. Burial will be in Atkinson Cemetery, Atkinson, NH.
