Viola C. (Parent) Andruchow 95 of Methuen passed away on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at the Mary Immaculate Nursing Restorative Center of Lawrence. Viola was born on January 31, 1919 to the late Adelard and Ophelia (Remillard) Parent. She was a life long resident of Methuen. She was retired from Western Electric, Lucent Technologies. Viola was a member of St. Lucy's Parish and a former member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel. She was also a member of St. Theresa's Rainbow Club and an active member of the Methuen Senior Center. Viola enjoyed crafts, traveling and spending time with her family.
Viola was the beloved wife of the late James Andruchow. She was devoted mother of Donna LeBlanc and her husband Ron and the late James R. Andruchow and his surviving wife Donna Andruchow of Florida. She was the dear sister of the late Rudolph Parent and the late Eldridge Parent. Viola was the loving grandmother of Jennifer Serig and her husband Ron of Tennessee, Tracey Richart and her husband Scott of Salem, NH and James M. Andruchow and his wife Shelley of Florida. She is also survived by her five great grandchildren, James Reed Andruchow, Billy Richart, Hunter Serig, Tanner Serig and Kassidy Serig.
Friends and guests are invited to call on Friday, November 14, 2014 at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence St. Methuen from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at St. Lucy's Parish of Methuen at 9:00 AM. Interment will follow at a later date.
