Leonel Paiva, age 93, of Fall River, passed away surrounded by his loving family at the Southpointe Nursing home on November 10, 2014. Born in Lagoa, São Miguel, Açores, he was the son of the late Manuel and Jacinta (Margarida) Paiva and husband of Anita (Dunn) Paiva. He was the owner of Leo’s Auto Body for 40 years.
Leonel was the loving father of Deborah Paiva of Florida and Sheryll Paiva of Fall River. He also leaves behind one granddaughter Alisha Paiva, 2 nephews and 2 nieces.
His funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. 1521 N. Main St., Fall River FRIDAY with extended calling hours from 8:30-9:30 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Michael’s Church at 10:00 A.M.
