Barry M. Mills, 57, of Winthrop, MA passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, November 6, 2014 at the Boston Medical Center, Boston, MA. He was born June 20, 1957 in Malden, MA where he spent most of his life before moving to Winthrop. He was passionate about his sports, he loved the Boston Bruins, the New England Patriots and the Boston Red Sox, and lived life to the fullest.
He is survived by his siblings, Richard Mills and his wife Beverly, Donna Alex and her husband Joe, Ruthanne Kelly, Carol Taber and her husband Ed, and Stephen Mills, one cousin Kathy Giordano and her family, his best friends, Pete and Janice Hoyt and their kids, Stephanie (goddaughter) , Frank and Julia, as well as many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, one great great grandniece Presley Rainy, and friends. He was predeceased by his mother Ruth (Blakeley) Mills and one brother Thomas Mills.
There are no calling hours. Following cremation, private memorial services will be held by the family.
