In Taunton, October 31, 2014 Ann Dooley, Age 90, passed away in Morton Hospital following a brief period of declining health. Ann is survived by her husband Thomas of Taunton. She was born in Taunton, the daughter of the late Edward & Alice (O'Donnell) Massey. Ann was a lifetime resident of Taunton and was employed for the City of Taunton public schools as a cafeteria worker. Ann enjoyed gardening and yard work, knitting and above all her time with family. In addition to her husband, Ann leaves her two daughters Ann Lavigne and her husband Eugene of Taunton and Patricia Dooley of Taunton. Ann also leaves her sister in law Agnes Massey of Somerset and was preceded in death by her siblings Edward Massey and Mary Massey. Ann also leaves her seven grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Ann also leaves several nieces and nephews. Funeral from the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St., Taunton, Ma 02780 on Tuesday, Nov. 4th at 9 am. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Andrew the Apostle Church at 10 am. Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours on Monday from 5-8 pm. Burial will be at St. Francis Cemetery in Taunton. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made in Ann’s memory to the CABbies, P.O. Box 171, Raynham Center 02768 a local not for profit organization or the Charity of One’s Choice.
