Jacob Milliner Skinner, 71, of Enigma died Friday, October 31, 2014, at his residence. A private funeral service and burial will be held at a later date.
Mr. Skinner was born on January 4, 1943 in Lake Wales, Florida and was the son of Henry Milton Skinner and Rosa Lee Louise Johnson Skinner, both deceased. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Marie Bailey Skinner, who died May 14, 2014. He was a retired truck driver.
Mr. Skinner is survived by three daughters, Rebecca Ann Pierce, Lydia Skinner and Angela Skinner, all of Enigma; two sisters, Jane Spradley and Linda Spradley, both of Waverly, Florida; four grandsons; one great-granddaughter; and one great-grandson.
