Jacqueline (Jackie) Foreman, 81 of Methuen, MA, passed peacefully in her home surrounded by love on October 26, 2014. She may have left her body in Methuen, but her spirit will forever live in San Francisco, CA. Jackie was predeceased by the love of her life and husband, Bill Foreman, and is survived by her four children (Billy, Michael, Whitney and Jolie), daughter-in-law (Sandra), son-in-law (Brock) and five grandchildren (Blake, Gabrielle, Austin, Jack and Ethan). She was a true one of a kind and will be deeply missed and forever loved. No services will be held in MA.
