Robert (Bob) Nagri, passed away peacefully in his sleep after a long illness. He was the son of John and Jane Nagri, both previously deceased.
He was a graduate of Tenney High School, Saunders Electronic School in Boston, MA and he attended Lowell Tech. He worked at International Light Corp in management until starting his own business as a manufacturing rep in electronics. He acquired a ticket agency as a second business. He loved the comradery of selling and buying.
He enjoyed life, and was a well known prankster. He never made just an acquaintance, but always a friend. He was a man about town and enjoyed every day. He was a shoulder to lean on for family and friends.
He enjoyed cars and bought and sold a few. He was an avid sports fan and could argue about teams with the best of them. He especially enjoyed coaching and watching his children and his grandchildren grow up and play sports in later years.
Bob leaves his wife, of 48 years, Doris (Bealiveau) Nagri, his son Robert and his wife Colleen Nagri and his daughter Lori and her husband Brian Costa, his grandchildren Alexandra, Kyle and Adam. He leaves a brother Richard and his wife Linda and a sister Gloria and her husband Gerry Callahan as well as several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be Friday October 31st from 4:00-7:00PM. The Funeral Mass will be Saturday November 1st at 10AM at St Joseph’s Church in Salem, NH. The burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.
