Eugene E. Wozniak, 75, of Haverhill, passed away on October 28th in the Holy Family Hospital with his family by his side. He was the beloved husband of Lois (Robertson) Wozniak.
Eugene was born and educated in Detroit, MI and was the only child of Sophie Koper and Step-father Stephen Koper.
Eugene spent 4 years serving in the United States Navy. He and his wife Lois had just celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary with family and close friends. He was a 15 year cancer survivor.
He worked in the food industry for years, followed by owning his own food business. He enjoyed sports, especially football. He was surrounded and well loved by all of his family and will be missed dearly.
In addition to his wife Lois, he is survived by his only son Steven Wozniak and his wife Cheryl, his 2 grandchildren, Kristy (Wozniak) Morrissey and her husband Stephen and Ryan Wozniak; also 2 great grandchildren, Camden and Carter.
His funeral services will be held on Friday October 31st at 12:00 PM in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth St. (Rte. 58 @ the rotary circle) Whitman. Burial will follow in the Mt Vernon Cemetery, Abington. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM.
