Louis Anthony Chighisola, Jr. 59, of Plympton, died on October 27th in the Beth Israel Deaconess in Plymouth after a brief illness. He was the beloved husband of Patricia (Carney) Chighisola for 38 years.
He was born in Brockton, raised in Whitman, son of Marie (Stevens) Chighisola and the late Louis Chighisola, Sr.
Louis was a graduate of Whitman-Hanson High School. He was the founder and owner of his own business, Camera Turret Technologies, Inc., also a retired engineer of the state.
He was a licensed pilot and a talented musician. Louis loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting, fishing and good times with family and friends.
In addition to his wife and mother, he was the loving father of Louis III, Lauren and Melissa and the late Robert Chighisola, brother of Dennis, Denise, Donna, John and his wife Maureen; also many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
His funeral service will be held on Saturday November 1st at 11:00 AM in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street (Rte. 58 @ the rotary circle) Whitman. Interment will follow in the St James Cemetery, Whitman. Visitation will be held on Friday October 31st from 5:00 - 8:00 PM.
