Spencer – Mary A. (Fitzpatrick) Lavoie, 96, of Spencer and formerly of Worcester, died peacefully on Monday, October 27th in the Lifecare Center of Auburn.
Mary was married to the late Oscar A. “Cutty” Lavoie who died in 1995. She is survived by a daughter, Judith A. Javery and her husband Peter of Spencer; 11 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren and many nephews and nieces.
Mrs. Lavoie was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Charles and Annie (McDermott) Fitzpatrick and is predeceased by a son Richard R. McGrath; a daughter, Mary J. Donnelly and 9 brothers and sisters.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 29th at 11:30 AM in the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond St. Worcester. Burial will be in the Massachusetts National Veterans Cemetery in Bourne, MA. Calling hours will be held from 10:30 to 11:30 prior to the funeral service.
