FRYE, Virginia (McMahan), 68, of Louisville, passed away Saturday, October 25, 2014.
She was a file clerk for Thompson, Miller, and Simpson Law Firm, as well as previously working for the old Bacon’s Department Store. She was a former First Lady of the Kosair Shrine Temple and a member of the Kosair Ladies Oriental Club.
Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Mattie Lee McMahan; and her brother, Marvin Lee McMahan.
She is survived by her husband of 50 Years, Past Potentate Bob Frye; children, Jo-Linda, Loralee, and Robby Frye; 9 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and her brother, Robert McMahan.
Her service will be 1pm Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be 2-8pm Tuesday and after 11am Wednesday at the funeral home.
