Juliette “Julie” (Domingos) Silvia, age 82, of Fall River, passed away October 16, 2014. She was the wife of the late Antone “Tony” Silvia and daughter of the late Manuel Souza Domingos and Silvana (Bernardo) Domingos. She was a retired sewing machine operator having worked for Schneiderson’s in Fall River, worked part time as a crossing guard on Stafford Rd. and the lunch program for Letourneau School. She was a parishioner of the former St. Elizabeth’s Church and a current parishioner Holy Trinity Church.
She is survived by 2 children: Paul A. Silvia of Somerset and Joyce L. Belue (husband Rickey) of Fall River, 2 grandchildren: Tammy (Belue) Feighery and Adam Belue, 1 great grandchild: Autumn Feighery & many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of William Domingos of Somerset, Irene Caron of Fall River, Dorothy Velozo of Swansea and the late Arthur and Manuel Domingos and Natalie Adelong.
Her funeral will take place from the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME, Inc. 1521 N. Main St., Fall River MONDAY at 10:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Trinity Church at 11:00 A.M. Interment in St. Patrick Cemetery. Calling hours SUNDAY 5-8 P.M.
