NATICK: Julia V. Lehan, age 95, a retired registered nurse, died September 8, 2014, at her Natick Home. She was the devoted wife of the late David J. Lehan.
Born and raised in Franklin, New Hampshire, she was the daughter of the late Maciej and Veronica (Gruska) Dobosz. Julia studied Nursing at Simmons College and Boston University prior to earning her RN from the Newton Hospital School of Nursing.
Julia and David married and settled in Natick. Julia worked throughout her nursing career in the Operating Rooms at Newton-Wellesley Hospital and, after retirement, offered her services to the Town of Walpole’s public health and school nurse programs.
Predeceased by her husband in 1988, and their son, David Jr. in 1985, Julia was also the sister of the late John and Stanley Dobosz.
A graveside burial is planned at Woodlawn Cemetery, 148 Brook Street, Wellesley, on Tuesday, October 21st at 1:00PM.
