Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Wednesday, October 15, 2014, Willie J. Seal, 80, wife of Sam R. Seal.
Mrs. Seal was a native of Richmond, VA. She was a military wife for 26 years which eventually brought her to Augusta. She loved antiques, sewing and Jeopardy. Mrs. Seal was still employed at B & B Cloth Shop until her passing; she previously worked for Jeff’s Sewing and Vacuum, the Elf Connection and was co-owner of Willow Cottage Antiques.
Family members in addition to her husband include daughters: Ina Strickland (David) and Christie Seal Gymer; son: Art Seal (Vicki); grandchildren: Ben (Jessica), Jennifer (David), Rachel (Tyler), Jeremy (Courtney), Casey (Kane); great-grandchildren: Allison, Brittney, Brianna, Madison and Vada; sister: Rebecca Fye (Steve); and brother: William Coats (Suzanne). Mrs. Seal was preceded in death by her grandsons: Jordan Seal and Aiden Vaughn.
A memorial service will be Saturday, October 18, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel at Thomas Poteet & Son with Rev. Billy Atkins officiating.
