Paul E. Powers age 74 of Canton passed away October 13th at the Hellenic Nursing Home in Canton. Born and raised in Canton, he graduated from Canton High School and was a lifelong resident of the town. Paul served in the Army National Guard and was a Truck Driver for the Teamster’s Local #25 in Boston. He was a member of the Canton Town Club, Volunteer for the Canton Food Pantry and enjoyed golf, camping and loved to visit Disney World. Beloved husband of Carol Ann (Lally). Father of Tina Bent of Canton. Grandfather of Kenneth Gerbick of FL, Tayla and Victoria Bent of Canton. Brother of Carol Kodis of Canton, Mary Powers of Canton and Albert Powers of Sandwich. Relatives and friends invited to attend a funeral service at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral 455 Washington St. Canton Friday morning at 10:30. Visiting hours prior to the service Friday morning from 9 to 10:30 am. Burial private. Veteran Army National Guard. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to the Canton Veteran’s Service Department 801 Washington St. Canton, MA 02021. | |||||
